Ferrari built the Ferrari F40 in honor of the company's 40th anniversary starting in 1986. It was meant to be the final masterpiece from Ferrari, in which Enzo Ferrari personally participated, before his death in 1988. Through the massive use of racing technology, such as large body parts made from carbon fiber, the sports car weighs only 1100 kg and reaches a top speed of over 324 km/h with its 479 PS, making the F40 the most powerful and fastest Ferrari for road use to date. The F40 is one of the icons of the Italian manufacturer, which significantly influenced the success of Ferrari in the coming years.

Provide MOMENTUM automotive GmbH now with crowdfunding capital in the form of a qualified subordinated loan that finances the purchase of the Ferrari F40. You will receive your money back plus interest from the sale of the vehicle after its increase in value.
MOMENTUM has already concluded purchase agreements for the vehicles.
You receive a fixed interest rate of 9% per year. Your investment starts earning interest immediately after it is received in the trust account.
The agreed interest will be paid to you at the end of the contract term.
You grant a subordinated loan with qualified subordination. Subordinated loans are classified as Mezzanine capital. Mezzanine capital is a collective term for types of financing that are a hybrid of equity and outside capital based on their legal and economic form.

Since the end date of the loan contract is fixed, the earlier you invest, the longer your interest period is, providing you with a higher yield.

MOMENTUM intends to acquire the stated vehicle with the loan amounts (i.e. the issuing proceeds) borrowed as part of this offer to realise value increases by selling the offered investment during the duration.
A high demand and, associated with this, a high value increase potential are assumed that should be realised when the vehicle is resold. The loan amounts borrowed under this offer and the contractual interest are to be paid from the sale proceeds. Your utilised capital is managed by a trustee before it is transferred to MOMENTUM.
